Blue Metals is a trading name of [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME], [ENTITY_TYPE] registered in India at [REGISTERED_ADDRESS], holding GSTIN [GSTIN_PLACEHOLDER]. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity; "you" refers to the customer placing an order.

Our supply falls into two categories, and different terms apply to each.

• Materials — sand and fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, masonry blocks and bricks, cement and TMT steel, delivered by lorry to your site.
• Site services — JCB and excavator hire with trained operators, and bulk lorry transportation.

Prices shown on our website or app, and any indicative rates given verbally, are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A binding contract forms only when we confirm your order in writing, by message or email.

A written quotation is valid for [QUOTE_VALIDITY_DAYS] days from issue and is subject to material availability, mine and manufacturer supply, and the site access you have described. Quantities are quoted against the units in clause 4.

Materials are sold in the units stated on your quotation: cubic feet (CFT), tonnes (TON), per piece (bricks and blocks) or per bag (cement).

• CFT is a volumetric measure taken at the lorry body. TON is a weight measure taken at a weighbridge.
• Where a quotation converts between CFT and TON, the conversion factor is stated on that quotation and reflects the bulk density of that specific material.
• A variance of up to [TOLERANCE_PERCENT]% [VERIFY] between ordered and delivered quantity is inherent to bulk loading and is treated as within tolerance.

Unless the quotation says otherwise, quoted prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the prevailing rate for the relevant HSN code and shown separately on the tax invoice.

• Loading at source is included. Unloading at your site is not, unless expressly quoted.
• Royalty, permit, e-way bill and toll costs are included in the delivered price unless stated otherwise.
• Waiting time beyond the free period, and any additional trips caused by site conditions, are charged as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Please provide your GSTIN before dispatch if you intend to claim input credit; we cannot amend an invoice for a GSTIN supplied after filing.

Payment terms are stated on your quotation and are typically [PAYMENT_TERMS] — for example an advance against confirmation with the balance on delivery.

We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS bank transfer and cash on delivery. We do not currently process card payments and do not store any payment instrument details. When you pay by UPI or bank transfer, please share the transaction reference or UTR number so we can reconcile it against your order.

Delivery arrangements, site access requirements and delay handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Risk in the material passes to you on unloading at your site, or on the lorry reaching the delivery point where you have arranged your own unloading.
• Title passes only when we have received payment in full for that order.
• Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not of the essence unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

JCB, excavator and lorry hire is charged hourly or daily as quoted, subject to a minimum engagement of [MINIMUM_HOURS] and to mobilisation and demobilisation charges where applicable.

• Machinery is supplied with a trained operator. You may not permit any other person to operate it.
• Fuel is [FUEL_TERMS — included / charged at actuals]. Idle time on site is chargeable at the same rate as working time.
• You remain responsible for site safety, for marking the location of underground cables, pipelines and drains, and for obtaining any permissions required for the work.
• We are not liable for damage to underground services whose location you have not correctly identified to the operator in advance.

• Give accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, site access details and quantity requirements.
• Ensure a responsible person is present at the site to receive and check the delivery.
• Provide safe, legal vehicle access and adequate unloading space.
• Hold any statutory permissions required for the work and for receiving material at that location.

Materials are sourced from licensed mines and established manufacturers. Quality certification and test reports are available on request for materials where the source issues them.

Claims relating to quantity, grade or condition must be raised within [CLAIM_WINDOW_HOURS] of delivery and before the material is used, mixed or moved from the point of unloading. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to raise one.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. [VERIFY]

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, project delay costs, or labour standing idle. [VERIFY]

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. In this trade those commonly include monsoon and flooding, suspension of mining or quarrying permits, sand mining bans, transport strikes, fuel shortages, daytime heavy-vehicle restrictions, road closures and acts of government.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [JURISDICTION_CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. [VERIFY]

Before commencing proceedings, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer so we have an opportunity to resolve it.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when we confirmed that order. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
